I didn’t set out to build a coffee brand.

I was deep in a trading bot at 2am, three cups in, when I realized the coffee wasn’t just fuel — it was ritual. The grind, the pour, the wait. It was the only analog thing in an otherwise fully digital life.

That’s when cucci.coffee made sense.

## The Problem With “Developer Content”

Most dev content is either too technical or too motivational. Tutorial threads or hustle porn. There’s rarely a place that talks about the *texture* of building — the late nights, the rabbit holes, the small wins that nobody tweets about.

I wanted to build that place.
